I've just successfully re-installed the encryption software due to a new harddrive installation.  With the prior install, there was a Password sign-on required before the Windows password page.  With the new installation, it does not show up when booting from a cold start-up.  While PGP was successfully installed, it does not yet appear to be activated.  How do I make the PGP Password page activate?
