I have read a few previous articles but none of the fixes have worked for me on this issue. The main difference I noticed is that the threads prior to this were not using Windows 10. Our company has been using Symantec PGP since I started working here and it has worked pretty much flawlessly with Windows 7 devices. I have tried updating the BIOS, update the drivers, I have tried plugging the keyboard directly into the laptop instead of the docking station and nothing has worked but as soon as login, the external keyboard works fine. The keyboard also isn't getting any power at all during the PGP Login screen. HP Elitebook 840 G2 is the device that I am using and that my company uses along with the HP Elitebook 840 G3. Our company is on version 10.4.1.
