I need a solution
My system crashed this yesterday and now PGP cannot find my encryption key and i tried searching the local store and the key server and cant find it. I am unable to access my encrypted folder and also cannot find the recovery info. I copied my backup key from an external drive and Encryption Desktop still cant find a valid key.
Please note the key i am referring to is for encrypting/decrypting the files/folders not the license key.
