It would be really nice to add a comment or notes field to Global Good and Bad Senders Lists. This would help companies that manage large quantities of email. We have many admins that manage SMG and we can't always tell why something was blocked. This way, we could relate a block to a specific user request, ticket number, management request, virus outbreak, etc.
