DLP Exception

Hi,

Need assistance.. Majority of the incident created on our environment are incident occur on source file path "\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5"..

We already added the path to ignore on Agent configuration.. But still it create incident ticket..

What is the best practice in this case? How can we lessen the false positiive...
