I need a solution

Hello,

My name is Valentin, network administrator for TLH.RO Hosting company (Top Level Hosting SRL actual company name). We have two IP blocks that are constantly being added to the blocklist:

37.156.32.0/24 and 37.156.33.0/24 (from what i checked, not all of them are blacklisted, there are few IPs that are not blacklisted). They are not listed in any other blacklists (i checked some IPs on most of them before writing this post).

We have tried your tool to delist the IPs ( http://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/lookup ) but they either do not get cleared or they get re-added. Could you please investigate and let us know what the problem is ?

The message we get for blacklist is: The host has been observed sending spam in a format that is similar to snow shoe spamming techniques.

We're a hosting company, we do NOT tolerate SPAM in any way, and we are actively monitoring servers for such activities, we have limits and filters in place, we also use an external service for filtering spam (SpamExperts). Many of our clients are affected by your blacklists because they send emails to premium companies such as banks, institutions, etc, which use your filtering technology.

We also have other IP classes that are not blacklisted by your filter, on the same servers with those affected classes, so i believe there is either a false/positive with them, or some other reason.

Thanks
