How to Exclude Zip Codes from being alerted on?

Hi Community,

I have a question.  I am seeing a lot of alerts on SSN hits however, they are showing up on documents that have ZIp Codes, and the Zip Codes are alerting on SSN Policy.  Is there a way to exclude ZIP codes from being Alerted on?
