DLP Endpoint Outlook plugin order of priority

Does anyone know of a way to set the order of the DLP Endpoint Outlook priority?

Specifically, I have an Outlook plugin  that takes the contents of  the email about to be sent and transfers the information to a secure delivery server. It then changes the email recipient and body to something else and sends the email.

The action of the plugin above effectively transfers any potential DLP trigger content to a known, secure delivery method.

I would like to simply have the DLP Endpoint agent scan the email *after* the other Outlook plugin has done its work. This would effectively create an approved path for sending files.

Maybe there is another way to do this that I'm unaware of. I am certainly open to other options.
